My Natural Skin Routine For Healthy Glowing Skin

I'm Obsessed with my skin and take the utmost care to keep it healthy and glowing, its tough routine in today's world due to stress, pollution and erratic lifestyle the first signs of all these are felt on your skin making it dull or dry.I left eating non-veg when I had a bad case of rash breakouts and now I follow a healthy and strict pure vegetarian diet.
Here are some natural tips I wish to share with you too:-

1. Water & Healthy Drinks:-
I drink a bottle full of water first thing in the morning when I get up after which I don't eat or drink anything for half an hour. Water cleanses the system and hydrates the body after you wake up.
It is standard to drink 8 glasses of water everyday and to make it fun I add my favourite fruits like slices of lemon or apple or orange into the jug of water so that I enjoy drinking it. Apart from that I drink coconut water everyday, its nature's best mineral resource and healthy for the skin. Lemonade with Mint leaves is also very effective I call it the 'Vegetarian Mojito' keeps your skin cool in summer. Plus I love having a lot of vegetable juices mixed and matched daily by trying out different vegetables together like health drinks to repair and give an inward glow.

2. Milk & Milk Products:-
I know its a publicized fact that milk is not good etc etc people like drinking skimmed and toned milk these days as diet fads to get slim but I ignore all that cause I simply love milk. I have two full glasses of milk in the morning as well as night, I use the milk cream to apply on my face and lips to keep my skin soft. I love having curd which is rich source of calcium and is good for skin as well as hair.

3. Turmeric & Sandalwood Pastes & Wash Routine:-
This is a natural skin treatment take a bit of turmeric and sandalwood powder make it into paste with water and apply on face and neck, wash it after 15 mins it cures, nourishes and gives a healthy glow. Sometimes I apply turmeric to my face and neck just a bit for quick effect. Honey with lemon juice is a natural bleach apply on face and neck for 15 mins and wash off. I don't use soap on my face just a mild herbal face wash at night and I splash my face with water several times during the day to keep it free and breathing, I avoid heavy make up as it would clog the pores.

4. Oil Massages :-
Saturday is reserved for oil massages always I use olive oil or herbal based oil to massage my skin after which I take a nice warm bath helps me to relax my nerves and all the stress.

5. No to Junk Food, Alcohol & Smoking:-
Have you observed people who drink and smoke have dull black skin and lips and puffy face. I avoid junk food and all these other temptations to have a healthy breathing skin.

Avoid These Totally

Natural Remedies For Hairfall & Haircare

My sister and me always end up arguing about hair care, I prefer applying curd and henna to strengthen and condition my hair and my sister loves oil massaging. I love meditation and she loves antioxidant treatments so it goes on and on. But point is we both love natural treatments for our hair and the result is shiny, lustrous and bouncy hair.

Here are some tips I wish to share with you too:-
To prevent hair fall instead of going to expensive parlour treatments it may certainly not help the problem.
Try the following easy tips at home and see how effective they are in reducing hair loss!

1.Hot... oil treatments:

Take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.

2.Natural juices:

You can rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning.

3.Get a head massage:

Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base.

4.Antioxidants:

Apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth.

5.Have a healthy diet:

Which is rich in vit A ,vit C and vit E .

6.Let Hair Dry Naturally:

After bath wipe ur hair softly with a towel and let it dry naturally .Avoid hair dryer .Do not comb or rub ur hair when it is wet.

7.Practice meditation:

Believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Meditation can help in reducing that and restore hormonal balance.. !

Lehenga Choli is a heavily embroidered blouse top and skirt in gold and comes in designer wear as well as hand made. Red being the common colour as its auspicious but now a days brides choose pink, blue and white as well. Makes the bride look like a beautiful Indian Princess.

The Craze About Indian Weddings!! Part 1- Ceremonies and Traditions

We Indians are crazy about only  two things a Big Fat Indian Wedding and Cricket of course but I'm not here to talk about century's and sixer's I'm here to tell you about the Big Fat Wedding!
Its crazy all the colour the food and the people, its a whole family affair. And as the wedding season has began I wished to tell you about the traditions, ceremonies and dressing style that follows during an Indian Wedding.

The Indian culture celebrates marriage as a sacrament (Sanskara), a rite enabling two individuals to start their journey in life together. In a Hindu wedding, the multiplicity of creation becomes possible when spirit (Purush) unites with matter (Prakritti). The Hindu wedding lays emphasis on three essential values: happiness, harmony, and growth.
The institution of marriage can be traced back to Vedic times. The ceremony should be held on a day in the “bright half” of the northern course of the sun. Months before the wedding an engagement ceremony known as Mangni is held. This is to bless the couple, who are then given gifts of jewelry and clothing by their new family. Given below are the traditional ceremonies that take place at a wedding.

1. The Tilak Ceremony
One of initial wedding ceremonies in India is the Tilak ceremony. It was initially held one month before the actual wedding day, but with changing times people have become quite flexible.

2. The Engagement
Indian weddings are known for their elaborate ceremonies and opulent celebrations. Besides, they are held in a very traditional manner, commemorating numerous rituals as per the ancient Vedic era.

3. Sangeet Ceremony
Any Wedding is not complete without the dance and song sequence, Sangeet ceremony as the name suggests is all about dance and music. It is one of the most enjoyable ceremonies before the wedding and is exclusively for women but now as times have changed and everything has modernized the whole family participates in this ceremony. They have dance competitions from the brides and bride grooms families. Everyone from young and old enjoy dancing and celebrating. Dj and elaborate music arrangements are made for the musical evening.

4. Mehendi Ceremony
Mehndi is yet another traditional yet exciting pre wedding ceremony. In India, a lot of emphasis is given on customs and rituals. Indian people are ardent lovers of beauty and elegance. Henna also known as Mehendi is applied to the bride and her friends before the wedding in intricate designs on the hands and feet. It is said the darker the colour of Mehendi on the bride's hand  that much is the love of her husband for her.

5. Var Mala Ceremony
Var Mala ceremony is an important main wedding day ceremony. It is also known as Jaimala and basically involves exchange of garlands between the bride and the groom.

6. Mandap Ceremony
Mandap ceremony holds utmost importance on the day of the wedding. This is because all the significant rituals are performed during the mandap ceremony. The Kanyadan (Giving away of the Bride) by the father of the bride and the ritual of walking around the sacred fire for 7 times takes place during this ceremony.

7. Vidai Ceremony
Vidai Literally means good bye or farewell its a very emotional part for the bride as she says her goodbye's to her maternal home and prepares herself to move on to the next chapter in her life the journey to her husband's home. Its new beginnings for her and her inner turmoil comes out during the farewell.

These are the main rituals and traditions in an Indian Wedding.

How To Make The Shopping Trip Enjoyable For Both

Your Trips to the shopping mall can make your partner cringe and to coax him out of the shopping blues and make it a positive experience for both of you here are some tips:-

Stroke his ego
When you're shopping with your man, let him know that you love his effortlessly casual style and that the shirt he's wearing really brings out his eyes. Or compliment his clothing and relate it to one of his body parts in a positive way. Butter him up with a couple of these type of compliments to put him at ease and chase ...away the anxiety when you mention the "F" word (we mean "fashion," of course).

Start shopping
After you've softened him up with compliments and heightened his confidence, subtly start picking out clothing for him that you think he would like. Start slow or else he'll start to notice your tactic. Casually pick out a collared shirt or casual tee and tell him how great it would look on him and why. Telling him exactly why is important because then you have a particular reason for picking that out. For example, tell him the collared shirt would look great on him because it has the clean-cut look (or whatever look he likes) that he tends to go for.

Sales, sales, sales
Unless you're dating Chuck Bass, your boyfriend will be into sales. The casual guy will love sales because he'd rather spend his money on "more important" things (although what's more important than clothes? I, personally, don't get it). At any rate, direct him toward the sale rack. If he's iffy about sales because he thinks they might be last season's styles, assure him that's not true -- and even f it might be, no one will (hopefully) notice.

Take your turn
By this time he should be more comfortable with shopping and maybe even enthralled by looking for clothes for himself -- so you could sneak off and get your shopping in. You can mention that you're leaving to shop for yourself now or you can just disappear -- it all depends how high his anxiety level is.

How To Look Exotic With Your Creativity !

Designer clothes can come as a slap on your budget sometimes and looking expensive always can cost you a fortune. Here are some simple tips to turn yourself into a creative designer yourself and transform your clothes into the labelled look.

1.Label Your Clothes :
Get the clothes you have. Look over them, and make two piles: Keep the Same and Makeover Stuff. If you simply want to re-do your clothes, skip to step three.

2. Get out your skills by stitching and sewing:
Re-do the clothes you have, and make these clothes more exciting. Ex: Unstitch the long sleeves on the pink shirt, dye it light blue, and unstitch the cheesy logo. This isn't absolutely necessary: it's a good way to save money, though.

3.Redo with Lace or Sequin:
Whenever you buy a simple pair ...of jeans, fix up rips that you don't like and add a cute patch, or rip your own jeans. Dye your plain, black hoody a funky blue or flirty pink. Make your style unique and make sure it reflects you, not someone you want to be. Add cute lace or sequin work on it.

4.Change the Button:

Perfectly passable inexpensive pieces are given away time and again by their crappy buttons. The good news is that all you have to do is go to a fabric store, buy more expensive looking buttons and replace those junky

5.Use An Exotic Belt or Sash:

If your cool, inexpensive new dress comes with a sash, chances are that said sash is junky looking. Ditch the flimsy faux-silk ribbon in favor of a thicker, less synthetic one from a craft or fabric store. Or, better yet, lose the sash altogether and add a nice belt.

6.Choose Cool Fabrics:

Style you can fake, fabric you cannot. Regardless of how great the shape is, cheap fabric is always obvious. Stay away from anything that’s more than 20 percent synthetic. Shiny things, too, take you down a dangerous road.

7.Spurge on Accessories:

You’ve saved money on the dress and jacket, so buy a kick ass pair of shoes. Not only will they look better now, they won’t fall apart next month. Cheap shoes, much like icky fabric, look obvious. Same goes for bags and belts. Every girl should own at least one nice purse and belt.

What Can U Raid from Your Boyfriend's Closet ? ;)

The Button Up:
If your boyfriend is a size or more larger than you; his button ups will be a perfect fit. Men’s shirts are cut straight and are often several inches longer than female button ups, This roominess allows for a more comfortable fit. Cuff the sleeves up to or past your elbow and wear with denim cutoffs for a casual summer look. If your beau’s button ups look more like dresses on you, try wearing them as light weight bathing suit cover ups.

The V-Neck:

If you want a cute v-neck, but are worried about excessive cleavage, the men’s v-neck is the way to go. These solid stand-by's are often sold in 3-packs and come in a variety of colours and styles. The v ranges from just a small dip at the collarbone to a deeper v, which goes a few inches lower on the chest. In my experience, these shirts are often comfier and less expensive than women’s v-necks and provide a middle ground between the crew neck and the deep v.

The Jeans:

You may have thought men’s pants were entirely off-limits, but they are totally doable. Size is a more important factor here than with shirts, and sometimes translating your size into men’s sizes can be confusing. Pull on his jeans (if they fit!), peg the legs to just a few inches about the ankle, tuck in a cute feminine top, slip on flats and you’re totally cute, comfy and ready to go.

The Blazer:

Yes, we all know the boyfriend blazer was a hit in the fall, but did you ever think to actually borrow your boyfriend’s blazer? Almost every guy has some sort of sport coat he keeps on reserve for dinner with the relatives twice a year. Although you may have to be careful that the shoulders are not too broad, the boyfriend blazers look great when worn over spring dresses and skirts or paired with jeans and a t-shirt.

Men's Belt:

The easiest way to make a ‘too big’ belt is to bypass the belt prong and knot the excess around the buckle. This is a great trick for making your waist appear smaller.

Large Faced Men's Watch:

Wear a men's watch is piled with a bunch of metal bangles. This makes the perfect mix of feminine and masculine. Don't feel like wearing a skirt and heels? This outfit would also look great with cuffed jeans and flats.

Tie:

Knot it around your waist as a sash; or tie it in a loose bow around your neck.

Fedora:

The perfect finish to any outfit.

How to be the Darling Bride With Your Bridesmaid

Wedding Season Has Began And The Toughest Task Is Choosing n Making Your Bridesmaid Happy Here r Some Tips :-

1. Let your bridesmaids have some say in the bridesmaid dress choice.
Give your bridal party colour swatches of the colour you'd like them to wear, and then let them choose their own bridesmaid dresses. That way they'll have a dress they're actually excited about wearing, and you'll have them looking just the way you pictured! And if you don't like their choices? Chances are they kept the receipt for you, just in case.

2. If you want your bridesmaids to wear heels, take care of their feet.
They'll put up with it for you, but will definitely be sad if they end the night with blisters or twisted ankles! And don't put them through an outdoor wedding ceremony where they're wobble-walking on grass; think about investing in heel-stoppers! Providing comfier shoes like flip flops for the reception would be a good idea too.

3. Loosen up your bridesmaids on the morning of the big day.
They want to celebrate with you, and the getting-ready process, while fun, is also time consuming and mildly stressful. Providing drinks or snacks before walking down the aisle is a great way to show your appreciation and make sure they're ready to stand next to you for your ceremony.

4. It's nice (and custom!) to gift your bridesmaids with presents at the rehearsal dinner.
Make sure you say thank you with a present they'll all appreciate. You could even go above and beyond the call of duty by providing small gifts even after the wedding day (hangover kits, anyone?).

5. Choose do-able hairstyles.
Or, if you want your bridesmaids to have crazy or complicated hairstyles for the wedding, offer to find someone to do their hair for them. There's probably no way that they'll figure out those 'dos by themselves, or at least in the way you pictured it. Take some stress off of them (and you) by having a designated stylist.

6. If your bridesmaids aren't friends already, introduce them to each other.
That way, they have time to feel comfortable around the other girls and be friends. Fun outings, brunch, or even wedding DIY parties are a great way to get your bridesmaids together before they need to start planning events like your bridal shower or bachelorette party.

7. Warn your bridesmaids about any creepy groomsmen that will be present on the day of the wedding. Alternatively, set your single bridesmaids up with a hot groomsman or cousin.

8. Don't make your bridesmaids compete for attention.
You of course love them all, but try to diffuse potential any tension between them (the high school best friend vs. the college best friend -- it happens all the time!) before it blows up into bridal drama.

9. Plan ahead for when you'll need their help.
Your bridesmaids are probably all willing to help you out with planning, DIY projects, or tagging along to help you run wedding-related errands. But don't expect them to be available for your wedding needs 24/7. They have their own lives too. Ask them well ahead of time for their help, instead of saving chores for the last minute.

10. Make a conscious effort to try to talk to them about topics other than your wedding.
Make sure you've kept up with what's happening in their lives, and keep supporting them -- even if you're secretly freaking out about your wedding on the inside. They'll appreciate the fact that you still see them as more than just your bridesmaid!

In Vogue Or Not ? P.S. I Think Its going to be a sell out!!

"Who Says Dreams Don't Come True"
Here we have the most talked about couple in the world who have a very eccentric sense of fashion. Widely criticized for being able to express themselves freely in the manner of their lifestyle, quotes or dressing style one cant just ignore the popularity they garner from all the antics.
Vogue has done a unpredictable job of getting them on the cover and within hours there has been a major public backlash regarding the same. It was hilarious reading all the comments on FB and twits on Twitter but no matter what as it is said "Any kind of Publicity is Good Publicity" I think this issue is going to be a major sell out on just out of the curiosity to know them more.
And another significant thing along with it is that famed fashion photographer Annie Leibovitz joined Twitter officially after the cover was announced was it another publicity gimmick or major support to the couple? Only time will tell.
Till then let's watch them toast a glass of success To Fashion!

How are his Shoes and Dating Related ?

" Men Say My Shoes have Saved Marriages " - Manclo Blahnik

What Do A Man's Shoe Reveal About Him? If Ur Dating and want to know more about him simply look at his shoes *.*

What material are his shoes made of?
“Material is a sign of his ‘outer skin.’ Is the material of his shoes dull, shined, or ‘distressed?’ Is it soft, flexible or easily scuffed? Or is it hard and rigid? The qualities that the material of his shoes expresses are a sign of what to expect from him in the relationship — especially when you see a pattern. Perhaps he ...only has soft, easily scuffed suede shoes. That would indicate that he has a high level of sensitivity and he’s easily hurt.”

How clean does he keep his shoes? –
A man’s shoes get more frequent wear than other pieces of his wardrobe. How he takes care of his shoes says a lot about him. If the shoes are clean enough, then it is quite evident that the person is well mannered and takes immense care of himself and the place he lives in. If you are a woman trying to judge a man by his shoes, you can rest assured that a man with clean shoes will take care of you as well.

How is his casual wear?
During informal occasions, a shoe that is full of colour and intricate design will mostly be worn by men who are more extrovert than others. These people will be more outspoken and vibrant – thus matching their shoes. A plain colour displays the fact that the wearer is slightly more laid back and introvert.

A man who wears expensive athletic shoes, whether he’s a competitive athlete or simply a man who likes pricey trainers, a guy with funds to spend on sport shoes is a man with cash enough to buy you a drink, dinner, and maybe much more. These kinds of men are mostly game-centric and perhaps athletic too. Their whole life revolves around playing a particular or a set of games. People like them like to enjoy their own space and are likely to be self oriented, only exception being any activity related to sports.

What is he likes oversize sports shoes?
Big shoes are a sign of protection. Don’t force him to leave his friends. Going out in groups will make him most comfortable. Also, if you don’t like having the group tag along, don’t date him.

If he likes cowboy boots it means he’s an independent adventurer. Don’t try to cage him. “If he wants to go on a motorcycle trip, let him go,” “He’ll come back.”

Men who prefer wearing sandals are generally free birds who would like to be out of bound. They are whimsical and wish to do things that are supported by their heart and not mind. He would love to travel outdoors, be it the mountain or the sea. Surprise him by planning an outdoor fun activity.

“Watch out for long and skinny flip-tip loafers! Those are player shoes, especially, when he’s sporting exotic leather. White loafers without socks are also very player-esque!”

So, what kind of shoes is a guy with great husband potential wearing?

“Great relationships, especially marriages, need compatibility. Make a list of the qualities you want to find in a husband. Then while out dating, take note of the qualities that his shoes express about him. Are they a match? Miles apart? Or is there some wiggle room? Be honest with yourself so you don’t end up dating a (shoe) frog when you are really looking for a husband.

“The shoes that have ‘husband potential’ are the ones that express the very same qualities that you are looking for in a man. This is not a ‘one size fits all’ situation. You need to find the right fit for you. When it comes to relationships, the wrong fit hurts more than ‘just a little.’”

So what is it about alligator loafers anyway?

“Alligator-skin shoes mean he’s a solitary creature who just may bite. Handle him with caution.”
